How much does each session costs?

The costs of each session will vary depending on which package you signed up for. We understand that different people have varying needs and some might need more help than others. That’s why we have two different packages; one that offers more information and guidance to help beginners in reaching their goals and another, to guide the well-acquainted and already knowledgeable fitness enthusiasts. Our packages are in multiples of 12 as research done by Grgic et al., (2018) states that exercise frequency of 3-4 times a week would be optimal to achieve results, and for those that are more committed and have the time to dedicate themselves to long term results, the 50-session package would be just the thing for you!

What packages do you offer?

We have packages that offer 12, 24, 36 and 50 sessions. Prices will vary according to the location and time of training sessions. Prices usually range anyway from $65 to $90 for each session.

All Packages are inclusive of: Customized Meal Plan & Customized Training Regime.


Add-Ons for a higher price : Daily Reporting System, Biomechanical Analysis, Online Training System and Sports Massage Services.

For first-time newcomers to the gym and to new fitness junkies, an introductory 3 session package would be $260.

How long is each session?

Each session would last for 50 minutes. However, we understand that some might want to have more intensity and hence require longer workouts, that why we have the added option of increasing each duration to 1hr 20mins, for an additional fee of $30 per session.

Where would each training session be held at?

As we understand that time and convenience are precious to our customers, each session can be held at any preferable location. Training sessions can be held at client’s condominium, private estate or bungalow and even at community gyms such as, ActiveSG facilities located in our local community areas.

Is there a minimum number of sessions?

The minimum number of sessions is 12. However, for more significant improvements, research done by Schoenfeld & Grgic (2017) and Ochi et al.,(2018) suggest that 2-3 months are an ideal duration for short-term plans to elicit the most change and response in our bodies.

If I am feeling unwell or I need to postpone the training session, how do I do it?

There is always another day to train and in the above-mentioned case, please do inform our trainer at least 8-12 hours in advance, or as timely as possible to avoid any miscommunication and most importantly, to help us postpone your training session to another day.


However, there will be no refunds for late cancellations – postponing less than 3 hours prior to the start of the session timing.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

We accept cash, cheque and bank transfer as methods of payment.
